Load control & flight dispatch

Licensed load controllers, weight and balance, loading instruction reports, final trim sheets and last-minute change handling.

Load control sits in a quiet room, not on the ramp. Controllers are licensed, recurrently trained and audited on every carrier's manual they are released on. The loading instruction goes out before the aircraft blocks in, the trim sheet is issued electronically, and last-minute changes are communicated to the flight deck with an acknowledgement recorded.

Scope of work

  • Weight and balance on carrier-approved systems
  • Loading instruction and report issued pre-arrival
  • Final load sheet and LMC handling to the flight deck
  • Notification to captain for special loads
  • Post-flight message set and archive

Service commitments

  • Load sheet delivered no later than twelve minutes before departure
  • Every special load notified and acknowledged in writing
  • Independent second check on all widebody trim sheets
