The pearl of ground handling
Durrat Al Khaleej turns aircraft for every carrier that touches our apron — narrowbody, widebody, freighter and executive charter. One accountable team from chocks on to pushback.
Animation · The turnaround clock
Forty-five minutes, choreographed
Every station on our apron runs the same dial. Scroll the clock to watch a standard narrowbody turn unfold, minute by minute.
Chocks on & marshalling
Wing-walkers and a certified marshaller receive the aircraft, chocks and cones are set, and the ramp lead confirms the safety circle before any door opens.
Capabilities
One contract. The whole apron.
Each service is delivered by our own trained, badged staff on our own equipment — no subcontracted gaps in the chain of responsibility.
Animation · The cargo network
Freight that keeps moving after the belly door closes
General cargo, perishables, pharma, valuables, live animals and dangerous goods — accepted, built, documented and tracked from our warehouse to the ramp.Hover a route to isolate it

Pearl of the Gulf — precision on the apron.
Accreditations & standards
Audited, not asserted
We hold ourselves to the same documentation a carrier's own auditor would ask for — and we keep it current between audits, not before them.
IATA-aligned handling
Operations written against the IATA Ground Operations Manual and the Airport Handling Manual.
ISAGO-ready procedures
Station structure, training records and audit trail maintained to ISAGO standard.
Quality management
Documented processes, corrective actions and management review on a fixed cycle.
Occupational safety
Hazard register, safety reporting culture and a just-culture investigation policy.
Continuous operations
Duty management, ramp cover and cargo acceptance every hour of every day.
The company
Named for a pearl, built for the apron

Durrat Al Khaleej — the Pearl of the Gulf — was founded on a simple observation: airlines do not lose money on the runway, they lose it on the stand. Every minute a company can recover between blocks-on and pushback is a minute returned to the schedule.
So we built the company backwards from the dial. Crews are sized to the traffic pattern, equipment is owned rather than borrowed, and every service on this site is delivered by our own badged staff under one duty manager and one phone number.
